We have undertaken subdivision projects ranging from 2 lots to 200+ lots, and have the resources to take on much more. Some examples of previous residential subdivision projects we have completed include:

• Town planning, design and subdivision of a forty-five lot cluster subdivision on the outskirts of Kerang. This project included negotiations with the State Electricity Commission, Rural Water Commission, Vicroads, Borough Council and Titles Office. PMC designed and supervised the piped irrigation supply to all lots.

• Detail survey for 1500 lot subdivision and residential development for the Urban & Regional Land Corporation for the Tower Hill site at Swan Hill.
